A Haunting in Venice (2023): Death is just the beginning. Loosely based on Agatha Christie’s 1969 novel Hallowe'en Party, it stars Kenneth Branagh (who also produced and directed) as the enigmatic, Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. The ensemble cast includes Kyle Allen, Camille Cottin, Jamie Dornan, Tina Fey, Jude Hill, Ali Khan, Emma Laird, Kelly Reilly, Riccardo Scamarcio and Michelle Yeoh.  In post-World War II Venice, Poirot, now retired and living in his own exile, reluctantly attends a seance. But when one of the guests is murdered, it is up to the former detective to once again uncover the killer. Rated PG-13: 1 hour 43 minutes.
