The Library is delighted to welcome groups created around a particular interest or hobby. These groups are informal, ongoing, non-instructional, free and open to all without registration.
a) Mah-Jongg: meets Tuesdays at 10:00am in the Community Room.
b) Prose Writer's Group: meets Wednesday afternoons at 2:00 in the Board Room.
c) Board Games & Bridge: meets Thursdays, 1:00-3:00 in the Community Room.
d) Caring Crafters: meets weekly on Thursdays, 1:00pm-3:00pm in the Gallery, non-instructional.
e) Walking with Books Group: meets on Saturdays at 10:00am to walk throughout the nearby area and talk. Gather near the Library's front door. Parents/caregivers with infants and strollers are welcome - the route can be adapted for your needs.
f) Book Discussion Groups:
Thursday Morning Book Club: meets on Zoom on the 4th Thursday of the month at 10:00am.
Sustainable World Book Club: meets on Zoom on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 3:00pm.
Millennial Book Group (for people in their 20s and 30s): meets in person on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm.
Tuesday Evening Book Group: meets in person on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm.
