For ages 3-5. Stories, songs and a craft! This storytime is fun for preschoolers. Fridays Jan 19-Mar 1. Please register at the library.

Beginners will learn the basics of Microsoft Excel.

For children entering Kindergarten in 2012. This storytime includes stories, songs, crafts and games to help youngsters learn their ABCs, 123s and other concepts. This session will be Thursdays Jan 19-Mar 1.

Discussion of the book Growing Up Laughing by Marlo Thomas led byAlison Petrus-Wilkins.

Grades 2-5. Learn to play or become better. Have fun and enjoy this interesting game. Chess club will meet on Thursday nights Jan 19-Feb 23. Register online beginning Sept. 10.

For ages 18-36 months. This fun program for toddlers and a parent/guardian includes stories, songs and a craft. This session will meet Fridays Jan 20-Mar 2. Please register at the library Dec 17-Jan 5.

For ages 10-18 months. This storytime includes stories, songs, fingerplays and playtime. This is a special time for baby and caregiver. This session will be on Fridays Jan 20-Mar. 2.

For ages 2-7. Just drop-in on Saturday mornings for stories, songs and a craft. This is a fun time for the whole family.

Howard Horowitz is the author of Close to the Ground. His map poems, combining poetry and geology, have appeared in the New York Times and in literary journals. An open mic will follow the reading.
