Wills and trusts are something that people frequently put off, but now is the perfect time to get organized and make a plan.  If you already have a plan, if it is five years old, we recommend you review it with an attorney to keep up with the latest changes.  Michael Wagner will discuss estate planning and asset protection made simple in this 30-minute information session.  You can ask questions and learn how to avoid probate, protect your assets for the beneficiaries you select, and prevent long-term care costs.

Michael is a partner at J&G Law, LLP, a full-service law firm located in Walden with offices by appointment only in Middletown and Monticello, New York.  Michael concentrates in estate planning, wills, trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney, probate and estate planning administration.
