Take your Spanish to the next level with our Intermediate/Advanced class led by Luz Lopez! Ideal for those with a solid grasp of the language, this course focuses on refining your fluency, deepening your understanding of complex grammar, and mastering nuanced conversation. Instructor Luz Lopez will assess your skill level at the first class to make sure you are in the right class.

Our favorite therapy dogs will back this Fall to hear you read a book. If you can't yet read, a caregiver can read to you and the dog!

Hang out and play some fun word games, including Scrabble, Crosswords, Word Finds, and more!

Learn how to use a napkin to create a holiday plaque for yourself or gift-giving.

Join the Teen Advisory Board and earn volunteer hours! Make suggestions for teen programs while also working on creating programs for the library!

A wayward daughter invites her dying mother and the rest of her estranged family to her (tenement) apartment for Thanksgiving dinner.  Rated PG-13: 1 hour 20 minutes.

Come and meet new friends and join in on a game that is played all over the world.  Mahjong enthusiasts of all skill levels are invited to play every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm. The sessions are open-ended and participants can play as many or as few games as they wish.  Players with mahjong sets are encouraged to bring them, as the Library has only a limited number to loan. This program is free, ongoing and open to players from all communities.
