This course will include an in-depth exploration of mindfulness, with an emphasis on how the practice of mindfulness can help steady us when life feels unstable.  With a steadier mind, we can begin to relax into each moment, free from regret and worry.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching and Q & A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended, though not required, that you attend all three classes if possible.  Please register for each session separately
