Meet photographer Gerry Zanetti, creator of the mouth-watering photos now on display in the Community Room on the lower level of the Library. Gerry's exhibit, Tasty Food Images, features the tempting photos he snapped during his career as a professional food photographer.
On August 6, 2012, NASA successfully landed its roving science laboratory, Curiosity, on the surface of Mars. The presentation will focus on this latest enterprise to understand our planetary neighbor.
Build on your basic Italian language skills with additional vocabulary, grammar and conversational practice. Suggested book is available at the Help Desk. Attendance at all sessions is encouraged.
The library will be closed on Friday, December 6, from 9am to 12 noon for Staff Training. We will open at noon for normal operating hours.
At 2pm Barbara Crooker will read a selection of her poems.
At 3pm She will also conduct a poetry workshop for both novice and experienced writers.
