Eliminate the frustration from failed gardening attempts in 'deer country.' Learn the possibilities of deer resistant plants so that you can create and enjoy beauty in your surroundings. There are many plants which are not palatable to the ' beasts.' We will review many of them and how to design with them. Bring a problem area from your own residence to find some beautiful solutions together!
Come and meet new friends and join in on a game that is played all over the world. Mahjongg enthusiasts of all skill levels are invited to play every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm. The sessions are open-ended and participants can play as many or as few games as they wish. Players with mahjongg sets are encouraged to bring them, as the Library has only a limited number to loan. This program is free, ongoing and open to players from all communities.

Regenerative agriculture is farming in harmony with nature. Alix and Ariane Daguin from All One One All Farm (AOOA) in Goshen, NY will talk about how they use regenerative farming methods to improve soil conditions, make homes for native species, produce delicious food, and more! They will discuss how you can use regenerative practices on your own property, whether you’ve got a small garden with raised beds, 200 acres land, or something in between!
This class will include exercises that are basic, fun and effective. They can be followed up at home as no equipment is needed. Come and get toned for the summer with your friends and enjoy this easy and low impact class.
