This course will include an in-depth exploration of mindfulness, with an emphasis on how the practice of mindfulness can help steady us when life feels unstable.  With a steadier mind, we can begin to relax into each moment, free from regret and worry.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching and Q & A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended, though not required, that you attend all three classes if possible.  Please register for each session separately

Photographing the Migration of Greater Snow Geese

Each year, hundreds of thousands of Greater Snow Geese migrate along the Atlantic Flyway on their way to the Canadian Arctic to breed.  Join local photographer Joanna Lentini for a talk about one of the few bird species that is thriving in this changing climate, as well as for some techniques to photograph this wild spectacle.
