Tai Chi with Ron Gee
The ancient Chinese arts of Qigong and Taijiquan, known more simply as Tai Chi, are practiced world-wide to promote good health and wellness. Through gentle, flowing movements balance and posture are improved, energy enhanced, and stress-levels reduced, resulting a calmer mental state. Participants will learn standing meditation, simple qigong exercises, and a few of the basic taijiquan postures.

Warm Up to a Cold Case with Prof. Christina Lane
Join Prof. Christina Lane from the Cold Case Analysis Center (CCAC) at the College of Saint Rose where she is the primary instructor for criminal behavior and criminology classes. The CCAC provides training and experience to students interested in analyzing unsolved cases. After the talk, pick up your cold case file. Return on Thursday, February 9th at 6pm to discuss the case with fellow "sleuths" and close out the case.
