Family Read Time - read the award-winning book "The Invention of Hugo Cabret" by Brian Selznick. This program is for children in Grades 3-5 with an adult. Read the book together at home and come to the Library on Weds. evening Nov. 6 at 6:45 for a discussion about the story and its characters. Return on Friday, Nov. 8 at 6:00pm to watch the movie and have some pizza. Is it true that the book is always better than the movie?

Many of us studied Spanish in high school, but few have taken the leap to begin speaking it. These classes will give you the practice and confidence to take that step. This program is comprised of six classes (November 6, 13, and 20, December 4 and 11); attendance at all sessions is encouraged.

Get the most from your point-and-shoot digital camera - learn about lighting, motion, composition and more. A digital camera is required for this class. Please bring the camera's manual, memory card, and extra batteries. This is a two-session program (November 9 and 16).
