Job seekers desiring one-on-one help with their resume and cover letter can reserve a free, 30-minute private session with Gregg Knowles, career counseling consultant. To reserve a session, please call the Help Desk at 986-1047, ext. 3.
Participants will learn how to write customized resumes and cover letters that portray their skills and accomplishments and help land interviews. They will also identify effective job search strategies, as well as prepare for traditional and behavioral interviews.
Space is limited; registration is required.
Discover new authors living in our community! Join us at a reception honoring the local authors particpating in Library's Marble Notebook Project. Each author has created a work of fiction or non-fiction, and the Notebooks are available for borrowing from our library collection. They are currently on display on the Main Level.
The authors are invited to read from their Notebooks and refreshments will be served.

The Library will be open until 10pm, only for students studying for their Regents exams. Copies of past exams will be provided for practice, but please bring your own study materials. Group study is welcome and encouraged! Snacks and beverages will be provided.
