●        Remedies through food for common pregnancy complaints such as nausea, swelling, tiredness.

●        Comfort measures for birth (food and non-food).

●        Tips on meal prep post-baby including: foods that promote/hinder lactation, foods that aid in healing and recovery, and how to prep with limited freezer space.

When most people think of Leonard Bernstein, they think of West Side Story.  Bernstein was a composer, but in addition to composing for Broadway, he also wrote symphonies, ballet scores, film soundtracks, chamber pieces, choral music and religious works.  He was a conductor and the music director of the New York Philharmonic, the first American to ever lead a major American orchestra.  He was a concert pianist, lecturer and educator.  Personally, Bernstein was charismatic, articulate and a natural communicator.  Most signi
