Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing while using the chair for support.  It is beneficial if you are a beginner or have limited mobility. Sara Gallman is a health and wellness professional who has been teaching yoga and fitness classes for 35 years.  Please register for each session individually (11/4, 11/11, 11/18.)
