Dinosaurs Rock
For children ages 4-10. A fossil adventure show and exhibit. Children will see some real and some replicas of dinosaur bones and fossils. They will get to take home a fossil of their own.
FOR THE NOVEMBER 5 ELECTIONS, THE LIBRARY IS THE POLLING PLACE FOR WARWICK ELECTION DISTRICTS 5 AND 21 ONLY. POLLS WILL BE OPEN 6AM-9PM. VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM ON THE LOWER LEVEL.

We will be discussing the stars and constellations in this session. Together we will read How the Stars Fell into the Sky by Jerrie Oughton.Participantswillbe able tocreatetheir own constellations as part of this activity.
We will share the story Hokey Pokey Man by Steven Kroll. While we listen to this story about the first ice cream cone, we will make our own ice cream. Participants will have a chance to taste the ice cream we have made.
Together we will read the story Joha Makes a Wish by Eric Kimmel, a story abouta poor man who finds trouble when he finds a wish stick. We will discuss the story and make our own wish sticks.
Together will will read the book A Couple of Boys Have the Best Week Ever by Marla Frazee about two boys who would rather spend their summer inside instead of at nature camp. We will discuss this story together and create our own camp/vacation journals.
Grades K-2. Together we will read Bats at the Beach by Brian Lies. We will discuss the pictures and the story. Participants will make their own "bugmallows" similar to those in the story.
For families with children ages 8 and up. Join Ron Gee for this fun family program where you will learn about Chinese Painting. We invite you to read the book Dumpling Days by Grace Lin, which inspired this program.
For those going into K this Fall. Come to the library for a special kindergarten storytime. We will read stories, have a snack and make a craft.
Grades 2-5. Get ready to make some awesom shirts. Bring a white cotton t-shirt(pre-washed) and be surprised by the great colorful patterns you'll create.
Grades K-3. Using the sun and special paper, we will create pictures and designs.
