Create an Artist's Sketchbook

Teens will create their own handmade sketchbooks as a document of their personal stories, experiences, and thoughts. Sketchbooks provide a home for image gathering and an outlet for personal expression. The intent of this class is to engage students to express themselves through their sketchbooks and artwork. Techniques addressed will be pen and ink drawing, observational drawing, watercolors, collage, and photography, to name a few.
This workshop meets twice. The second session will be held Saturday, March 2 at 2pm.
