Warwick's John Hathorn was a man closely connected to the great figures of our Revolutionary War, and he served on the first Congress of the United States. An overview of his life will be presented, including newly discovered documents, and the public will be invited to help plan the preservation of his home. The Book Thief tells the story of a spirited and courageous young girl who transforms the lives of everyone around her when she is sent to live with a foster family in World War II Germany.
Following the screening, Mary Krauze will lead the discussion of this thought-provoking film.
