Climate Change and Its Impact on Organic Gardening with Gar Wang

Climate change, with its extreme temperature fluctuations accompanied by damaging winds and erratic precipitation, promises to challenge our traditional growing methods.  Gar Wang will discuss how, as an organic gardener, one might manage these conditions and will share some of her experiments to combat these extreme weather conditions.
