Holiday Concert: "Peter and the Wolf" & More...

Each member of the orchestral woodwind family will be represented in a family concert.  Peter and the Wolf  by Sergei Prokofiev, the well-loved Nutcracker Suite by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, and The Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saens, and will be performed on flute, oboe, clarinet, French horn and bassoon. The performance will be complete with costumes and narrator. This is a concert for all ages - adults and children 5 and up!

Self-care starts with our skin!  Our skin is our biggest organ.  It protects us from outside toxins, and yet the products made for cleaning our skin can be very harsh, even harmful to our bodies.  Soap-making can be an easy way to reduce your exposure to toxins, express your creativity, and give that beautiful dose of self-care we all need.  Learn how to make cold press soap.  Soaps can last a few weeks, but learning is forever.
