Members of The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project will be on hand to help attendees make lovely traditional lotus flower lanterns using colorful paper and wire frames. All materials will be provided; participants may choose the color of their lotus flower. Traditional Korean refreshments will be served.
The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of Korean history and culture. A short documentary film on Korean artistic traditions will be shown as an introduction to the aesthetics of Korea.
Registration in-person only at the Help Desk. A $5.00 non-refundable materials fee is due at the time of registration. Registration is limited to Warwick library card holders until May 14. A waiting list will be maintained.
