The 2020 documentary film, "The Social Dilemma," focuses on how social media algorithms manipulate our behavior and how our constant exposure to screens can have a negative impact on our mental health. Told by some of the very people who supervised the systems at places like Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter, learn how we're all affected by Big Tech and social media, and how we all can be part of the solution.
