Toddler Time-Outside
Toddler Time- A program for little ones and a parent or guardian. Please provide your own shakers and scarves. For 10 months-36 months. Register online for all five classes beginning June 19. Register only one name for your family unit.
Scarf Making for Storytimes: Register beginning March 27 to reserve your supplies to make a scarf to bring to our storytimes. Please: if you made one before, or have something else at home, bring that. Scarves and shakers will not be supplied for our classes. Watch the video about making a shaker.
Take & Make - Father's Day Beaded Keychain: Don't forget Dad on his special day! Register beginning March 27 to reserve your bag of supplies. Ages 5-9. Bag pickup: Friday, June 18.
Take & Make - Smiley Face Clip-on Key Chain: Make a cute clip-on for your backpack! Register beginning March 27 to reserve your craft supplies. Ages 5-9. Bag pickup Friday, May 21.
Take & Make Wind Chimes: Make a lovely wind chime to hang in your garden. Register beginning March 27 to reserve your craft supplies. Ages 5-9. Bag pickup on Friday, May 14.
Take & Make - Mother's Day Straw Flower Bouquet: Make a lovely gift for Mom. Register beginning March 27 to reserve your craft supplies. Ages 5-9. Bag pickup Friday, May 7.
Take & Make - DIY Puzzle: Create a puzzle from your very own drawing. Register beginning March 27 to reserve your puzzle. Ages 5-9. Bag pickup on Friday, April 23.
Poem On My Pocket - We'll give you a pocket full of words, then you construct a poem and glue it on the pocket. Completed pocket poems will be added to our poetry display. Register beginning March 27 to pick up a pocket on our curbside children's cart, or stop in at the Children's desk. This program will run from April 1 through April 30. Open to grades K-5.
The Paper Bag Princess Puppet Show - Watch the story of The Paper Bag Princess, performed by the very talented Children's Dept. staff. This is the story of a spunky princess, a prince and a fiery dragon. Find out how this princess saves the day in this classic Robert Munsch story. Pick up your craft supplies to make a dragon of your own! Register beginning March 27 to reserve your craft supplies, and then enjoy the show! Video released on Saturday, May 8. For families.
