Warwick Children's Book Festival

Come meet over 50 prominent and beloved authors and illustrators of children's books and celebrate children's literacy. Authors and illustrators will gather on Railroad Avenue to autograph and inscribe their books (which will be available for purchase), chat with readers and share their love of the written word. Admission is free and open to the public.From 1:00-2:30 on Railroad Green, the beloved Uncle Brothers Band will perform a free children's concert. Feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chair!

BYOBag Warwick Family Movie Night

BYOBag Warwick will present the short version (45 minutes) of BAGit, an upbeat documentary about our plastic problem, meant for families with children ages 10 and up. Prior to the movie, prizes will be awarded to the winners of the BYOBag Poster Contest, with recognition of all participants and a special exhibit of their posters.
Refreshments will be served.

(2015) Starring Josh Wiggins and Thomas Haden Church. Max, a precision-trained military dog, serves on the frontlines in Afghanistan alongside his handler, U.S. Marine Kyle Wincott. But when things go terribly wrong on maneuvers, Kyle is mortally wounded and Max, traumatized by the loss of his best friend, is unable to remain in service. Shipped stateside, the only human he seems willing to connect with is Kyle's teenage brother, Justin.
