We all want to be the best parents we can be, but how? Using Positive Psychology as a foundation, we can raise our kids to be more optimistic and resilient.
Learn what traits can be learned. What should you be teaching your child? What types of environment nurtures a child toward a positive lifestyle? Are you a positive role model? Learn ways to encourage your child to be the best they can be, and become the role model you want your kids to follow. Remember: Happy parent = Happy children.

Join us for a workshop with Linda Richmond to create a one act improvisational play. Described as “fantastic fun,” entertaining and challenging,” and a “brilliant day,” the workshop leads participants through developing characters and scenarios from their imaginations and experiences to improvising a play around a common theme. NO PRIOR ACTING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY AND THERE IS NO SCRIPT, SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO LEARN LINES.
The actors will perform the play at 3:00pm in the Community Room.
Elizabeth Levine of Signature College Counseling will be here to answer all of your questions on the college admissions and financial aid processes.
Join instructor Unateresa of the Sheahan Gormley School of Irish Dance for an evening of traditional folk dances from the Emerald Isle!
