The Glenmere lands present a colorful quilt of hardwood swamp, shale ridgelines, bright and open marsh, mossy bogs, woodland pools and clear reservoir. Situated for the most part in Warwick, these lands comprise habitat boasting the greatest variety of animal species in the Hudson Valley.
Jay Westerveld will discuss both natural and unnatural features of the area from Washington's lifetime to the present.
Quintet Photographers Capturing Life is a group of five skilled photographers, "Madelyn Livoti-Garstak, Dan Potter, Marilynn Potter, Ray Sussmann, and Thomas Vaillancourt.
Join them for a Gallery talk that will include lighting, composition, choosing a subject (landscape & portrait), post production and more.
Join pen & ink artist Thomas Denaro and photographer Bob Adams for a discussion of the process Tom uses to create his beautifully detailed pen and ink drawings.
