Where to begin searching for your family's roots? Local history Librarian Sue Gardner will show the basics of the two genealogy services the Library offers, and participants will be able to use their own laptops or the Library's equipment to begin their family tree research. Registration is required, and space is limited to 10 participants. If you are not bringing your own laptop, please bring a "jump drive" on which to save your search results.

"First Pitch" Art Exhibit: Meet Artist James Amore

Celebrate the 2013 baseball season opener - visit "First Pitch" in the Library's Community Room through the month of April.
On April 23rd from 6:30 to 7:45pm James Amore will meet with visitors to his exhibit, which features limited edition signed prints from digitally-produced masters of the originals as well as original watercolors. The artist created these over a 20-year period working in the sports industry. All of the pieces celebrate the players and the game of baseball.
