Global warming poses a threat to approximately two-thirds of North American bird species, but there is still time to protect them. Melissa Peterson of the Orange County Audubon Society will discuss factors affecting bird populations and what we can do, as citizens, to protect our feathered friends.
Chair Yoga with Sara Gallman
Join Sara Gallman for mindful practice using breath and movement while seated in a chair. She will also use the chair as a prop for some standing postures. Students can expect to see gains in strength, flexibility, reduced stress and tension, develop balance focus and concentration. Please dress in comfortable clothing.
