Sitting Priti - Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is what it sounds like - yoga done on a chair. The chair becomes an extension of the body, allowing for more stability and support. This added support allows the student the opportunity to practice poses with proper alignment that might otherwise be difficult, particularly for those new to yoga or with weight, physical or emotional challenges. The addition of meditation and relaxation practice creates the perfect connection of the mind and spirit to the body and creates the experience of a full yoga practice.

Ambrose traces each step of the preparations over many months to the minute-by-minute excitement of the hand-to-hand confrontations on the bridge.
