Songs by Cole Porter, Jerome Kern, George Gershwin, Louie Prima, Neil Diamond and more. This concert is made possible by a generous gift to the Albert Wisner Public Library Foundation by Glenn P. and Susan D. Dickes.
Ladies & gentlemen and children of ages, join our Ringmaster Karen Gersch and the Piccolo Circus for an afternoon of acrobatics, juggling, lasso spinning, clowns and more! This is an outdoor performance, weather permitting. Bring a lawn chair or blanket. Outdoors, we can accommodate all who wish to attend. In the case of inclement weather, the performance will be in the Community Room. Seating in the Community Room is limited to the first 80 people who are registered.

Bring your torn textiles and get advice on how to mend them from Repair Café sewing “fixperts.” You’ll learn how to stitch, patch, repair and repurpose your favorite clothes, even wool sweaters. See demos of decorative “visible mending,” hand and machine sewing techniques, including how to release a stuck zipper.
