Fran Sussman has used a holistic approach to help clients recover from Lyme Disease for over 20 years, and has fully recovered from chronic Lyme herself. Her presentation will increase your understanding of what Lyme is, provide tips for prevention, and explain how a comprehensive holistic approach can successfully address this illness, endemic to our beautiful Hudson Valley.
Bloomsbury Poetry with Laurie Byro
Join Laurie Byro for a reading of her poems inspired by the Bloomsbury Set, an influential group of associated English writers, intellectuals, philosophers and artists active in the early 20th century. Some of the group's best known members included Virginia Woolf, John Maynard Keynes, E.M. Forster and Lytton Strachey.

During this introductory course, we'll dive into the basics of creating fire - from structures and materials, to different primitive techniques. We will focus on the bow drill method. All skill levels welcome!
