Join us for an evening concert inspired by the sheet music that Thomas Jefferson collected for his library at Monticello, paired with an engaging exploration of how his musical tastes reveal his personality and the intellectual spirit of his era.  Often seen as a defining expression of The Enlightenment, the Declaration of Independence reflects ideals also found in classical music. What connections emerge when we listen to the music Jefferson chose to surround himself with?

The Kemyndable Flute Trio — Amy Klein, Deborah Proulx, and Kenneth Korn — has performed together for more than a decade, both as a chamber ensemble and with regional groups. They have appeared at numerous community venues and charitable events, and remain dedicated to sharing music locally while supporting civic organizations and fostering a love of the arts.
