Weave a 4 or 6 sided God's Eye to hang in your room. Come to the library to pick your colors then watch the video to learn how.

Traditionally, a God’s Eye is a spiritual symbol, and the weaving process is reflective and meditative. The points of a God’s Eye represent the four elements of nature: earth, fire, air and water, and the center of the ornament represents the eye of God, and is believed to have the power to see and understand things that the human eye cannot.

This course will include an in-depth exploration of mindfulness, with an emphasis on how the practice of mindfulness can help steady us when life feels unstable.  With a steadier mind, we can begin to relax into each moment, free from regret and worry.  Each class will include guided meditation practice, teaching and Q & A, as well as optional homework.  It is recommended, though not required, that you attend all three classes if possible.  Please register for each session separately
