Do you have trouble setting boundaries, expressing your feelings and naming your needs, or building healthy relationships with yourself and others? Are you a parent wanting desperately to break the cycle of dysfunctional relationships? Are you caught in a relationship with an emotionally immature partner and don't know how to get out? Do you want to learn how to validate your feelings and reclaim your life? If any of this sounds familiar, lean in and listen! Come to the library and connect with others in a small group environment to share your experiences and find the courage and skills needed to gain emotional autonomy and be your true self!
