The two soon share a tiny apartment whilst dealing with their intolerable daughters. Sirk's final Hollywood film dealt with issues of race, class and gender – way ahead of its time. Come and meet new friends and join in on a game that is played all over the world. Mahjongg enthusiasts of all skill levels are invited to play every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm. The sessions are open-ended and participants can play as many or as few games as they wish. Players with mahjongg sets are encouraged to bring them, as the Library has a limited number to loan. This program is free, ongoing and open to players from all communities.

The gently flowing movements of Qigong & Taijiquan, known more simply as Tai Chi, are ancient Chinese practices widely recognized for promoting many health benefits including better posture, enhanced energy, and calmness of mind. In this series of 6 serssions, participants will learn standing meditation, simple qigong exercises and some basic taijiquan postures.
