Develop your own smoothie recipes with a variety of ingredients! Write down your recipes and share them with everyone. Who will make the best combo? Who will make the worst?

Ages 12-18

Sea themed crafts to make together. Register for each week seperately. For grades k-4.

Local artist, Leila Noueihed, will guide this class through a simple acrylic art piece while we sip "mocktails."  Registration is required.  No experience necessary.

Leila Noueihed  is  resident of Ringwood, New Jersey,  an Adjunct Professor in the Science Dept. at CUNY,  a medical research scientist,and  Pharmacist. Her education is French, Russian, and American. Music is her muse. Joseph Hayden and the Russian Masters are her inspiration. Her imagination keeps her free. She views the relationship between Earth and the galaxies as one of mystery and wonder. She is self-taught artist, experimental, and enjoys painting in all mediums, mainly acrylic.  She enjoys many genres of art, especially post impressionists. Her compositions come from her inner feelings infused by listening to favorites of music. She paints free of any particular  style or fashion.   She is a member of the Warwick Art League and the Ringwood Manor Art Association. Her paintings were exhibited at Greenwood Lake Library several times as well as at Albert Wisner Library plus exhibiting with groups locally and internationally. “Everything could be raised above the real..” so she likes to bring the viewer when looking at her art to see beyond what is on the surface.

Join other enthusiasts for a fun-filled, lively afternoon!  Space is limited to 8 players.  Registration not required.

Join the Library's new Walking with Books walking group.  Join other walkers every Saturday morning for a stroll around the Library grounds and adjacent areas. Group will meet outside the Library near the front door.

Anime Club Summer Party! Come in cosplay, we'll watch a movie and play games!

Ages 12-18

AWPL Classic Monday - Marty (1955) Winner of four Oscars (Best Picture, Actor, Director and Screenplay): a heartwarming story of Marty (Ernest Borgnine), a middle-aged butcher, and Clara (Betsy Blair) a school teacher – two lonely souls who have given up on the idea of love – until they meet at a dance and fall for each other. Not Rated:  90 minutes.

This class will include exercises that are basic, fun and effective.  They can be followed up at home as no equipment is needed.  Come and get toned for the summer with your friends and enjoy this easy and low impact class.

Manuel Arruffat has more than 12 years experience as a physical therapist. He is certified to provide FMT (functional movement), musculoskeletal ultrasound, cupping and a European therapy technique named myofascial fibrolisis.

Arruffat earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Dominican College, where he also earned his Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
