He's an Adjunct Instructor at NYU in their Clinical Social Work program (Westchester campus) and is a married father of four. Pointillism, in painting, is the practice of applying small strokes or dots of colour to a surface so that from a distance they visually blend together. The technique is associated with its inventor, Georges Seurat, and his student, Paul Signac, who both espoused Neo-Impressionism, a movement that flourished from the late 1880s to the first decade of the 20th century. Local artist Michael Byro will show participants how to create their very own work of art - one dot at a time!
We provide the LEGOS; you provide the imagination. Your creations will be displayed in the Childrens Room. NO REGISTRATION NEEDED!
