Zumba that can be done by everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.  Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. This program will be held in person, outside on the River Birch Patio at the back of the building

Instructor Jessica Rose Duggins has been a ZIN member since Aug 2019 and absolutely loves teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple:  every class feels like a party! She is ready to get you moving, sweating, and feeling unstoppable.  Jessica is currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids & Kids Jr.

Please dress to sweat and bring your own water bottle if you would like.

Please register for each session individually.  If it is raining, the class is cancelled, not moved indoors.

Please note that there is no access to the library building until 10:00am

The relationships closest to us are a good indication of how we are doing inside ourselves. Whether with spouses, partners, children, or family, the opportunities to repair wounds are at odds with urges to handle things the same old way we did before, achieving the same frustrating results. Join LCSW and certified Relational Life Therapist Jerry Sander for a talk on different ways of looking at the dynamics of these relationships.

Jerry Sander is a LCSW and certified Relational Life Therapist. He's been a Warwick resident for the past 30 years. He's an Adjunct Instructor at NYU in their Clinical Social Work program (Westchester campus) and is a married father of four. He is the co-host of the relationship podcast, LOVEWORK: Skills for a Relational Life with Kristy Gaisford, LCSW.
