Whether you're into contemporary bestsellers, captivating mysteries, or thought-provoking dramas, this group is the perfect place to dive into great reads and engage in lively discussions with fellow book lovers. All readers welcome!  We meet every first Tuesday of the month.

Bring your knitting, crochet, embroidery, needlepoint, cross stitch, punch needling, applique, sewing and all of your fiber arts projects and join us for a non-instructional night of stitching but no b*@%$ing.  Group meets on the main level in the poetry corner.  No registration; drop-in anytime.

We provide the LEGOS; you provide the imagination! Your creations will be displayed in the Children's Room.

Bruce keeps the rhythm alive on drums while Ken adds a touch of magic with his saxophone and vocals. Joe's bass grooves anchor the sound, and Dave adds layers of enchantment with his synthesizer/organ and vocals. AWPL Classic Monday: Two for the Road (1967): Stanley Donen’s witty, honest look at relationships stars Audrey Hepburn and Albert Finney as Joanna and Mark Wallace, a couple whose ten-year marriage is on the rocks. Told through flashbacks of previous road trips through France, they recall their first meeting, their courtship, early wedded life and subsequent infidelities; a clever snapshot of sixties European style (Hepburn’s fabulous wardrobe and those snazzy cars) along with snappy, often acerbic, dialogue and a terrific score by Henry Mancini.  Not Rated:  I hour 51 minutes.

Come and meet new friends and join in on a game that is played all over the world.  Mahjong enthusiasts of all skill levels are invited to play every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm. The sessions are open-ended and participants can play as many or as few games as they wish.  Players with mahjong sets are encouraged to bring them, as the Library has only a limited number to loan. This program is free, ongoing and open to players from all communities.
