Wellness expert Tatyana Kochergina will explain the differences between three main methods of essential oil use and their benefits: aromatic, topical and internal. This workshop focuses on three popular essential oils: lavender, lemon and peppermint. Together, you will have fun creating your own aromatherapy room spray and how to use essential oils in everyday life!
Tatyana Kochergina is a full-time Wellness Advocate and a busy mom of two. Tatyana was determined to find harmony between her personal and professional lives so that she could be at her best in both areas. She was able to achieve the balance she needed through Yoga and other healing arts such as MELT and Essential Oils. Compelled to share that knowledge with others, Tatyana began teaching Yoga since 2010 to people of all ages and abilities. She became a certified MELT instructor in 2017 and Essential Oil Specialist in 2021.
