DESCRIPTION:Join us for a unique and intimate afternoon of music\, musings\
 , songs\, and the creative mischief that sparks them. We’ll play our ori
 ginal songs and talk about the mystery of how an idea becomes a lyric\, a 
 melody\, a deeper truth. You\, the audience\, are invited to ask questions
  and be a part of the conversation. This is not just a performance\, it's 
 an experience.\nTina Ross writes the kind of songs that feel like conversa
 tions you didn’t know you needed—honest\, poetic\, and deeply human. T
 ina Ross is a NY-based singer-songwriter whose music blends contemporary f
 olk with touches of jazz and hope\, rooted in lyrical storytelling and emo
 tional depth. She writes and performs original songs that explore connecti
 on\, resilience\, love\, and the human experience through poetic lyrics\, 
 intricate guitar work\, and heartfelt delivery.\n\nAfter a career as a Chi
 ropractor\, while also a vocalist in a Jazz Trio\, Tina is on her second a
 ct and emerging as a Singer Songwriter. She was a 2024 Falcon Ridge Grassy
  Hill Emerging Artist and a 2025 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival “Most Wanted
  to return” Main Stage Artist\, the 2023 Focus Music Heyman Rising Artis
 t Award Winner and she is featured on Christine Lavin’s most recent “T
 he Seasons Project” compilation.\nShe’s been recognized by the UK Song
 writing Contest\, The International Acoustic Music Awards and The Internat
 ional Blues and Roots Radio Contest as a finalist\, the UK Songwriting Con
 test as a semi-finalist\, and the John Lennon and SolarFest Songwriting Co
 ntests as an Honorable Mention. Tina has performed in notable folk confere
 nces\, venues and festivals\, including the Main Stage at Falcon Ridge Fol
 k Festival\, Club Passim\, The Bitter End\, The Towne Crier\, Focus Music\
 , Stangl Stage\, The Troubadour at The Folk Project\, Hurdy Gurdy Folk Clu
 b\, Rockwood Music Hall with John Platt's “On Your Radar”. She has ope
 ned for Tom Chapin\, John Gorka and Christine Lavin.\nTina’s debut album
 \, “While I’m Here” was listed as a Grammy first-round consideration
 . She is now recording her second album with Producer Lorne Entress (Lauri
 e McKenna\, Susan Cattaneo\, Mark Erelli\, Hayley Reardon).\n\nTina also h
 osts the Zoomcast Inside the Song\, a monthly hybrid concert and interview
  series featuring seasoned songwriters (John Gorka\, Dar Williams\, Ellis 
 Paul) and the craft behind their work. She is deeply committed to songcraf
 t and to creating spaces where meaningful music and stories thrive. This Z
 oomcast is the model for her live shows “SongCraft and Chat - A Songwrit
