DESCRIPTION:This New York State DMV approved course earns participants a 10
 % reduction on their automobile insurance premiums for 3 years and a reduc
 tion of up to 4 points from their driving record. The course is accepted b
 y all New York insurance companies for the discount. $35 due at time of in
 -person registration at the Help Desk beginning September 20 at 10:00am\; 
 cash or checks only.  Please makes checks payable to the instructor\, Ian
  Prastien. This class is open to Warwick residents\; open to non-residents
  after November 10 if space permits. Check-in will begin at 9:45am\; pleas
 e bring a bagged lunch.
