Internet Use & Scheduling Information

In May 2006 the Library installed new public Internet and PC Print management software (called Envisionware) on all Internet and Public access computers, including the Online catalog/database workstations.
This software addresses the following patron concerns:

• Wait time for computer availability
• Paying for unwanted printouts/pages
• Online ‘reserve’ ahead of time computer stations
• Automatic scheduling for Internet/Word stations for Warwick School disctrict residents.
Out of town residents or visitors may use a 'temporary Internet access card' available at the Reference area desk.

Main features include reservations and print control
Please keep in mind that,
• You need your library card with you
• There will be a system limit of 30 minutes, per session (renewable in 30 minute periods when no one is waiting for a workstation) and 2 hours maximum on the time one may use a computer each day
• If you have not done so, you will need to setup an account to print documents
(Printouts are $0.10 a page - you may add Money to your card/account at the Reference desk or Circulation Desk)
• You may schedule in advance workstations (up to 24 hours)

Please note that any patrons under 18 years of age need to have a Parental Permission form signed (at the library) and on file at the Reference desk to use the Internet (no exceptions)

Please remember to bring your library card.
