By applying for an AWPL Teacher Card for myself, I agree that:
  • I will abide by all Library rules described in the AWPL Teacher's Card brochure, available HERE.
  • I understand that I must have a valid RCLS card for my personal use in order to be eligible for an AWPL Teacher card.
  • I understand that my personal RCLS library card must be in good standing in order to be eligible for an AWPL Teacher card.
  • I understand that my AWPL Teacher card will be kept on file at the Library and can only be used to borrow material from AWPL's collection.
  • I assume responsibility for the materials checked out on this card.
  • I will return all materials, or pay for all unreturned or damaged items charged to this card.
  • By providing an email address, I acknowledge that I will receive periodic e-mail announcements regarding Library services and programs.
